Experience the perfect balance of strength and flow in this dynamic class. Yoga Tone & Sculpt combines traditional vinyasa sequences with light weights to enhance muscle engagement, build stability, and deepen your mind-body connection.
Class Flow
- Begin with grounding breathwork and gentle warm-ups
- Move through flowing postures such as Warrior, Tree, and Downward Dog, integrating light weights to challenge muscles
- Focus on fluid transitions to strengthen core, arms, and legs while maintaining mindful awareness of breath
- End with a brief cool-down and guided relaxation to leave the body energized yet calm
