About Carla
For more than 30 years, my heart’s work has been helping others discover their strength, purpose, and limitless potential. My journey began in school counseling, where I had the privilege of walking alongside young people as they navigated life’s challenges. Over time, I realized that while traditional talk counseling is powerful, true transformation often blossoms when we nurture the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
This understanding led me to explore holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, and pranayama. As I deepened my studies, I embraced my own path of self-discovery. The very tools I was sharing became anchors in my own life, teaching me resilience, presence, and a profound inner calm.
It brings me immense joy to share these practices with our community across all ages and skill levels, creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered. I believe yoga is truly magical. With regular practice, it cultivates steady calm, gentle strength, and a deeper connection to oneself. I would be honored to walk beside you on your journey toward balance and wholeness.
A Personal Note:
Beyond my professional life, I am a proud mom of four beautiful daughters, wife to an amazing husband, and caretaker to six beloved cats. I’m a devoted iced coffee lover with a soft spot for shopping. My family is my “why,” my friends are my treasures, and health and wellness guide my daily life. As I look forward to becoming a grandparent, my heart feels fuller than ever, and I am deeply grateful for this life and passionate about helping others embrace theirs.
Yoga creates a space of calm and presence. In my classes, you can expect a nurturing, supportive environment where you are encouraged to move at your own pace and reconnect with your inner strength.
I invite each student to explore movement, breath, and stillness at their own pace.
