Class Flow
- Begin with gentle breathwork and warm-ups to awaken the body and focus the mind
- Move through flowing sequences linking breath with motion — Warrior, Crescent Lunge, Downward Dog, balancing postures
- Transition into restorative poses held longer, supported with props for maximum comfort
- End with guided meditation and deep relaxation to restore clarity and peace
