  • Begin with gentle breathwork and warm-ups to awaken the body and focus the mind
  • Move through flowing sequences linking breath with motion — Warrior, Crescent Lunge, Downward Dog, balancing postures
  • Transition into restorative poses held longer, supported with props for maximum comfort
  • End with guided meditation and deep relaxation to restore clarity and peace
