Hours

Varied. Grounds: daylight

Our yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to support a wide range of bodies, abilities, and experience levels. Whether you are new to yoga, returning after time away, or seeking a gentle and restorative practice, you are welcome here.

Classes emphasize mindful movement, breath awareness, and personal choice. Modifications and props are encouraged, and students are always invited to listen to their own bodies and rest when needed.

Yoga at Meadow Path is offered as a mindful, supportive practice rather than a performance or workout. Guided by experienced teachers, our approach honors the wisdom of the body and each individual’s natural pace within a calm, emotionally safe environment.

While most classes are held indoors, our grounds are always open for quiet reflection and personal integration before or after your practice.
