Meadow Path is a nonprofit wellness sanctuary in Adams Center devoted to helping you find rest, stress relief, and renewed energy.

Set on 7.5 acres of quiet meadow and woodland paths, our center is a purposefully created space to shake off the noise of a busy life, explore personal growth, and connect with a warm, welcoming community. Whether you are here for deep restoration, mindful movement, or a bit of curious inspiration, we invite you to move at your own pace and find your own path.

Whether you are navigating the physical changes of aging, managing a hectic work week, or recovering from stress, we provide practical tools for everyday well-being.

💛 Our Promise to Our Neighbors

As a local nonprofit, we believe taking care of your health shouldn’t be a luxury. We run our center on three core commitments to our community:

  • True Accessibility: We actively provide donation-based community programs and host affordable classes through our Wellness Associates, ensuring that financial strain is never a barrier to your wellness.
  • Total Inclusivity: Come exactly as you are. No prior experience, special gear, or perfect flexibility required.
  • Heart-Centered Service: Meadow Path is powered by a community spirit. We act with genuine kindness, creating a supportive space where neighbors can connect, support one another, and grow together.

Meadow Path is a volunteer-run center. Our board members and volunteers steward the day-to-day life of the center with care and commitment.

Volunteers support nearly every aspect of Meadow Path. They keep the books, schedule classes and events, maintain and the facility and grounds, do outreach and advertising, website and social media management, fundraising, and more. Our Healing Sunday energy practitioners generously offer their services as volunteers.

We are deeply grateful for the individuals who give their time and skills to sustain this space.
