After being chronically ill for years with no known diagnosis and horrendous symptoms, I sought the help of Functional Nutrition Practitioners. With extensive testing outside of the normal realm, resulting in actual diagnoses, healing began with a plethora of supplements, herbs and protocols. I became human again after a year of hard work and dedication from both myself and my practitioners, all naturally. It took me another year on my own to get to a thriving human being, and these results fluctuate through my life.
I was so inspired by how I was helped to heal, and how amazing my life and energy became, that I went back to school in my 40’s to become a Certified Functional Nutritional Educator, so that I could learn all there is to know about this approach to health and healing, and to then help others.
This is what lead me in my 50’s down my path to studying further and varying types of natural, ancient and alternative healing modalities. My education in sound, frequency, energy, breathwork and movement, as well as spirit and clair-senses mixed with complimentary & alternative services will always continue, and I will be sharing what I learn along the way to help people help themselves repair, heal and thrive.
A Personal Note
My fiancé and I run an organic hobby farm, vineyard & orchard on Lake Ontario. We have known each other since we were teenagers. We have 2 rescue dogs. Our favorite thing to do at the end of the day is hold hands. Fun Fact: I am a lead singer in a classic rock band!
