Hours

Varied. Grounds: daylight

Relax, recharge, and enjoy the gentle vibrations of group sound healing at Meadow Path.

Intro:
Immerse yourself in a group sound bath at Meadow Path, where gentle vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, and gongs combine with a guided meditation to help you unwind and find balance. Each session creates a welcoming environment for relaxation, mindfulness, and reflection, whether you’re new to sound healing or returning.

Mats, blankets, pillows, and chairs are available so you can find the most comfortable position for your body. You’ll have the freedom to move, adjust, or step out at any time. Many participants find the experience deeply calming, grounding, and a wonderful complement to yoga, meditation, or other wellness practices.

Join us to explore the restorative power of sound, the shared energy of the group, and your own mindful awareness in a gentle, supportive space.
