Step into rhythm. Return to stillness. Connect with community.
Our Drumming & Meditation Circle is a welcoming space to release, restore, and reconnect—both within yourself and with others. Through the steady, grounding beat of the drum and guided moments of quiet reflection, we create a shared experience that calms the mind, energizes the body, and opens the heart.
For thousands of years, drumming has been used across cultures as a way to build connection, promote healing, reduce stress, and bring people into a natural state of balance. The simple, repetitive rhythm bypasses the mind and speaks directly to your nervous system, guiding it to relax and release stress and tension. No experience is needed—just a willingness to listen, feel, and explore. Whether you prefer to drum, sit in meditation, or simply absorb the rhythm, you are welcome here.
As the rhythm builds, we’ll gently transition into meditation, allowing the vibrations to settle into stillness. This combination helps quiet mental chatter, release tension, and invite a deeper sense of presence and peace.
